The Association is a National Registered Charity No.1058319, established in 1990. It offers support for adults and families by telephone and letter and linking families where possible. It holds an annual conference, publishes a quarterly newsletter and has information available, details on request. The Association has over 200 members.

The Organisation is a self help group for all those who are affected by Klinefelters syndrome, including parents and partners. Established in 1997, the Klinefelter Organisation offers support and links to other affected individuals where possible. It holds regional meetings and publishes 'The Link' newsletter quarterly and a range of factsheets on request. The organisation is in touch with over 100 affected individuals.
